I don't know what the fuzz is all about..
irrefutable Xray brings innovation not a copy, the lay-out of this car in all, with upperlinks fr/rr is inedited and nice
they could have copied the Mugen twin balls-system carriers but they did it their way and I think it will work better

2 months since xray released there teaser,i wouldn't call that coming soon.
xray you make great cars but your marketing needs a lot of work.

+1, xray is overdoing that "coming soon" thing slighty huh?

...bring it!

Default who cares

who cares who copies who. Here is a pic from a HODR Ofna I had one. It had Pivot ball so what. That was a looong time ago. I would not claim Xray had it long before anyone else.

Just for the pot stirring.
Yankee and Serpent Cobra begin 1980's used pivot balls already!

I have been very impressed with my 2013 xray xb9. From build to tuning at the track to durability. I see no reason why this new XB8 car would not continue to maintain this pleasurable X-ray experience

Hi 30tooth,

Yes we will receive the XB8 '14 or whatever its name will be for review from the Benelux Xray distributor RC-Connect. As I have quit driving we found former Truggy cup champion Kevin Cornelis willing to drive the car after the build in the Dutch ByggyCup championship. We hope we have plenty of time to do the build with pictures as usual.

Exactly. The 2013 is so good for me, I actually have a hard time believing that the new car will be any better on the track.
Durability wise, you can't beat it. I didn't even buy a new buggy for 2013, I just updated my 2012 with all the new 2013 parts. Everything else is all original and still in excellent condition.

Didnt this cost about as much as selling the 2012 and just buying a new 2013 ? About how much did the update run if I may ask ?

Whoops , never mind . Just saw the sponser list .

id expect the new 2014 to handle better over the 2013 definately. driving the 2013 yes great............ xray working on a better car with maybe more predictability stability

xray instilled a large amount of time and testing into the design etc.

more and smoother steering and stability is the overall concept of the new buggy.

not to mention suspension geometry a better effect in combination with the better steering.

xray almost there with an optimal car i think this comment alone based on my experience driving the xray xb9 13 whilst expecting the 2014 better tho possible the future i think looking very promising. i think the overall concept for them in future would possible rear grip with enough steering? with more balance front and rear?
