Seriously? One camber setting is definitely not perfect for every track. You might want to learn to play with setups and how it effects your car if you believe what you said. Just saying.

You can adjust it from the bottom ball.
It will however change your track width as well.

There is a screw in the upper arm, you can see it in this picture of Reno's car. This is the only way I can think of being able to adjust camber, without changing the track width.

I think camber is a very important setup tool going from track to track.

Dude, the post before yours show the screw you adjust camber.... It is just like on any other PB suspension but you do it from the inside of the arm. Quite clever if you ask me :-)

yeah insert allen key into allen hex end of turnbuckle would pushout or pull in the wheel.

i no mind buying the xray again. tho in 12 months need to buy another is anoying for an update (no 1 likes driving an out dated car)

i think if xray instilled more advancements into each project for new cars over a wider time bracket to give there customers time to use the product possible greater.

i think more users possible commit to there 1/8 equipment. or not? not certain.

in saying that............. is great they advancing there product.

many brands do that .. if the buyers even hear talking about a prototype driving, the current kit sales will drop by half
so they HAVE to move on, but I think this batch of the latest kits will be around for a while now, without much changing..

unfortunately I bought a RB R and a JQ yellow/wide, just to see them being outdated after just a few months
because they changed everything for the sake of performance,
to expensive to upgrade by parts and nearly impossible to sell for a good prize, it will have cost me 800.00 this time

Just speculation here but from the looks of it the pillow ball in the lower arm looks to be threaded. Why couldn't you adjust your camber there? Makes sense just like one might do it with the Mugen but at the lower ball.

Because you would also change track width, i.e the car would be wider or more narrow. This will change how the front end grip is.

A comment on new models. Who says a car is outdated? Why is you current car suddenly not good anymore? That is a bit BS i think. From XB9 to XB913 it was not a huge difference in the car, ( did not drive the "old" one) but from what i saw it was plenty fast compared to my `13...

Kyosho have a lot of different MP9 models, with changes. Assosiated have had them, Losi with 8ight,2,0, 2,0 EU, then you could get the new radiotray that was a "must have" and now the 3.0 is out.

There is not always big changes but alot of small ones that makes a huge difference, but it does not look that there are alot of changes. When this is the case, it is not so easy to see and not alot of talk abaout it.

But when it is a platformchange then there is suddenly huge crises??

Xray have not had a platform change for some time, so it is due.

For JQ, he has needed a little time to find out what the general marked needed. I think that his erly cars was very very fast, if not THE fastest car you could get. It is just that fastest over a single lap or 5minutes wont win you the finale thats is 60 minutes. From the feedback, it seems that he has now found a great platform that fits alot of people.
