$5.00 paypal to answer my questions.

I am new to this and will pay somebody to answer my questions.
1. I have a nitro rustler. I want to make the truck higher off the ground. I want to put Proline Badlands 2. 8 wheels on it, but they only make them for the rear. pro 1173-12. Can I use the same wheels on the front? If not what wheels will work on the front that is the same size?
2. If I put these wheels on it, I will need to change the gears. What gears do I need? I ordered a 72t gear already to replace the 70t. What else should I do?
Thank you and happy thanksgiving

The front and rear wheels are different from what I can see on the traxxas site (fronts use bearings, rear are hex).
Look at this link for rims to get. They say whether they are for rear or front.
Then get the tires you want (2.8" badlands).
Get some good tire glue (I use AKA brand).
For gearing, you are right in thinking to go up 2 teeth on the spur. You may also want to pick up a 74 tooth spur (if they make one). Just keep an eye on your temps. You could go down a tooth on the clutch bell, but they are more expensive to buy and test with than spurs.

Thank you. I am still confused regarding the rear wheel. The front "nitro" is clearly stated. However, the rear says for electric. Will pro2730-03 (rear) and pro2728-03 (front) work on the nitro rustler?
Can I used the same Badlands tire on the front and rear?
PM me your paypal and I will pay you. Thanks

The pro2730-03 will not work, not sure why. But they list the pro2729-03 as the nitro rear.

Yes, same tires for front and rear.

Okay. They are ordered. Thank you.
Stock gearing is 20 / 70. I ordered 18 / 72. Do you think that is low enough?
I appreciate the help.
