Yup.. truggy is awful.. I just don't understand the need for truggy when people already have buggy.. don't want to offend Americans, but jeez, why? What is the purpouse of this monstrousity you have created?

That's a point as well, I actually tried one of these JQ's, latest edition, this weekend.. that thing was the most awful, twitchy, nervous and unpredictable thing I ever drove.

1.) Truggy rules. Buggy racing is too uptight.
2.) Truggies are alive and well outside the US.

What, the new obnoxious faction is truggy-haters along with the annoying nitro haters? Run what you want and keep your mouth shut about what other people (legitimately) prefer.

Except electric, which absolutely does suck...

Well, that could even be said about even 1/8 buggy too, if you race 1/10 mod 4wd buggy.

The fact is truggies are just plain fun to drive, and their resiliency is great for beginners: WOT point and shoot, running over other vehicles, small children, pipes, each other, taking out turn marshals' ankles, etc.

Did you try the Yellow Edition with flex chassis or was it updated, the new wide chassis, ackerman & 2013 radio tray make the YE a much better buggy.

I love the way people bash on a buggy when they,,, 1. didn't build, 2. They have no idea what set-up is on it and 3. drove it one time and did nothing to try and improve the vehicle. You can take the best car on the planet and put the wrong tires on it for the track and it will be terrible. I believe with all the tuning options on the White Edition you can make that car drive any way you want with a little testing. Everyone bashed and made fun of the Sportworks Turmoil when Derek started running it but with some testing they were soon burying their heads in the sand when he started whipping them with it.

if you watch the 3 white edition videos, Mr JQ explains that he only makes 1/8th buggies because that's what he knows.

The white edition is cracking, even Mr JQ says its far less twitchy than his previous models. Have a watch of the videos and make your own minds up, they are very informative.

By the way, love truggy and buggy, both go excellently on our track at CSOR, Scotland.
