Default new to nitro

Im new to nitro. Im getting a tmaxx 2.5.
what do u need to know. i only ran electric on road and off road.

Why a 2.5? Is it used? If it is be ready for someone else's headache. Your going to need fuel, air filter oil, and after run oil. I use Byron's for fuel, belray air filter oil, and marvel mystery oil for after run. Your also going to need glow plugs. Also, check the tuning bible that's stickies to the top of the nitro section.

nitro tuning can be frustrating. especially with cheap engines I have found. interestingly though one of the best running engines I've ever had was a pro .21 thunder tiger because it had the 3rd carb screw to tune. it held a tune way longer and better than the other engines I've had.

I picked it up from a buddy. Just as a basher it's in great shape got all brand new rpm arms truck runs well.
