Where is everybody putting their weights on the chassis? My truck is a tad under 3900g and i need to get it over 4000g.

You only need 3900g here Shane. But if you still need to add weight put it at the front for more steering or at the rear for more tail grip. As low as possible is always best

It was changed last year;

01/01/13 5.2.1 e) Amended Truggy weight to 4000 grams, in line with ROAR rules (previously 3900, ‘including fuel & transponder’)

5.2.1 e) The minimum weight limit shall be 4000 grams.

Taken straight from the AARCMCC site. The rule change is a bit ambigous though, the previous rule stipulated "including fuel & transponder" but the new one just reads min. weight 4000g

It didn't hold. To many sheep drivers sooked it up.

It was supposed to change to be in line with ROAR. 4000g without fuel.

Has anyone snapped a axle stub? I don't know what happened but I packed up my car in one piece, pulled it out to race and one of the front wheels fell off. The hub is still in the wheel and the pin is still through the hub being held with the outer part of the axle stub and the grub screw. Bizarre? I've had 2 mbx6's, an mbx6r, mbx6t, mbx6tr and an mbx7 but have never done this before

I had it happen a fews years back with my mbx6R, I rebuilt it, left it sitting on a car stand with no wheels on, next day the wheel hex and broken half of the axle were sitting on the table beside the car, WTF! happened to a mates 6t also.

Mugen hardened steel can break if put under pressure, I had my centre driveshaft joint cup once split in 2 a few days after I fitted it to the front pinion, I now don't do those 4mm grubscrews up as tight as I used to, on the truggy extended hubs I alway put a flat spot on the pin to help them stay in place instead of over tightening the grubscrew.

Has anyone tried different springs yet? If so what size I may have to buy some spring and pistons.

Seems like people are running this truggy. Why can't I buy one here in Canada?

Here is a video of one of my qualifying runs yesterday. Truggy is working great. I am running a Clocked RB BXR DI5, this has to be the best truggy engine I have had to date.
