Color stone/rock/side guards?

Are these a solid molded color, or just the stock guards that are painted/dyed?

Maybe someone here can translate.

If they're an actual product, anyone know who makes them?

Ive seen people use wrap material. Other than that I dont know. Black plastic cant be dyed.

Spray dye it can... like a vinyl dye such as SEM.
