are you using the old chassis? the new chassis helps the bearings last a lot longer.

I use tko special clutch bearings. Works a lot better for me.

im running the m2c chassis
im gonna have to try something else. Im not the only guy at our track that the bearings go bad fast.

Can our old tanks be exchanged for the new ones...I'm assuming they would qualify for the 50% discount? What about brand new older tanks still sealed in original packaging?

I rub on really fine dirt and go through clutch bearings very fast. Ever since switching to TKO, no issues.

Air Filter
 

Anybody tried Losi air filters? I thought I saw something about it on an earlier post. Anyway, if so, can you post pictures of how you supported the other end of the filter?

Which Losi pins did you use? I just tried LOSA9106 and they don't work. Think they are american instead of metric thread.

I would love to see some of that clutch stuff broken up into separate parts as well as some of the brake linkage.

woud any one recommend the nt48.3 over the losi 8ight t 3.0? kind of stuck deciding.

I can say this. I ran Mugen for half the season and it was ok. Felt like I couldn't really push the truck like I wanted. Tried HB Tessman edition and wasn't a fan. Bought a Tekno Nt48.3, first time out with it I Tq'ed and fell in love! So my opinion go with the Tekno, you won't regret it!

I have owned/driven every vehicle known to man kind, LOL. Nothing, imo, touches the NT48.3. It is extremely durable, parts do not slop out, performance is incredible and customer service is top notch.

You use the stock Tekno air filter elbow.Then you use the Losi air filter plastic and foam. It's very strong. It doesn't need a support.
