Desperate here. 2 days away to go racing 8 hours away one way and cant find center diff spur for my buggy and truggy. BO everywhere. Any other gear that would fit and last?

Is serpent, AE or Losi would fit without replacibg anything else?

Your only option would be to use a complete center diff from another manufacturer. I use the serpent center diffwithout any issues.
