I'm looking forward to more reports of people using the M2C chassis with the V2 Spurs as I still have 2 diffs ready to go but for now the X-ray set up is Bullet proof, if it isn't broke don't fix it they say lol

My M2C chassis has arrived can't wait to try it out. I have a V1 spur that I'm tempted to try with this chassis. But like you my serpent centre diff has been bullet proof.

I ran my M2C chassis for the first time. I am running the rear weight. Spur gear mesh looks great. The wear on the spur gear looks great. The truck jumps fine.
Seems like a bit more corner speed but still need more time on it.
I am trying the M2C clutch this weekend. I will report back next week.
Loving the motor mount btw.

Ive been running the clutches for years and they are just simply the best, tried many others along the way but the m2c clutch is every thing i want from a clutch in snap, wear and adjustability.

The engine mount is a great option, strange that one of the top plates for the engine mount has a cut out where it sits on the base plate but im guessing thats for use with the MBX7 that the motor mount is made for with the upgrade chassis purchase.

I have ran the version 2 spur gear for months it does not have a mark on it.

As I said try not to case jumps on full revs simple driving change never had a issue.

I've seen 3 V2 Spurs go myself on 3 different drivers and it's easy to say drive the truggy perfect and you will have no issues, easier for the product to stand up to the normal wear and tear of the customer purchasing it I think, hope the next released spur hold up like the X-ray, serpent ones that have kept us guys driving the Tekno product thus far.

It's not a direct fit. I'm using a complete serpent centre diff.

I agree with Sam here. The product should just hold up. You shouldn't have to change driving style for a product to work. I don't case jumps at wot either. I still drive the same and had zero issues with my serpent centre diff. And I no Sam has had zero issues with his xray centre diff. At the end of the day the issue is chassis flex and the narrow spur gear. Hopefully the v3 gear is wider and I think that will put the issue to bed.

We broke our original Truggy spur (V1) and put in a V2, haven't had a problem with it other than the centre diff keeps leaking at the spur/casing joint. We've put in new cases, gaskets, used gasket grease, tightened it super tight or just normal and it still leaks. How much, by the end of the weekend (6x 7min qualy's, a 20 minute semi and a 40 minute main approx half the centre diff oil is gone. Front and rear's are perfect, no leakage! Don't rate it as a big issue other than something to keep an eye on.
