If you don't mind buying rims. Proline Badlands 3.8 on Proline VTR rims.

Per Proline -------
Now that it fits all Traxxas® 3.8" wheels and Pro-Line VTR 1:8 Truck Wheels (with stretching)

Those x-cons might work, I just need something for super loose dirt and grass

I would give my vote to the Badland 3.8's. I just put a set on my Rc8t and they are my new favorites. They hook up really well in the grass and loose dirt. For bashing a truggy around the house, they are great. I just went ahead and bought the premounts on the black desperado rims. It was cheaper than buying the tires and rims seperately. It was also nice to not have to glue em up, bolt them on and go!
