I watched and I was pulling for Maifield. My statement was for the people who spend money trying to keep up with every part he runs when they should get a gallon of fuel and a stop watch. All last year I kept seeing people show up at tracks saying I saw this on Maifields car yet they still drove the same with their new parts.

Are you surprised? Probably not. Are they surprised? Probably! Everybody has there own comfort zone with ther ride. You know it, I know it, and some, are still trying to figure it out. Just like tuning your engine, tuning your suspension, takes some experience, plain and simple.

+1 all in good fun i didnt take you or anyone to serious after all its supposed to be fun. but it is funny just like all the guys that ran out and bought a new mbx7 and they are still finishing in the c-main. pros got where they are by practice use of quality parts and did i mention practice and of course an understanding of how to setup a car. if you cant understand setups your never going to make it to the top no matter how many parts of the week you buy

cool!!! they cant win with their own cars so they might as well be happy some of their parts were on a WINNING car they keep breaking all those high priced parts. but put them in the hands of a great driver who knows how to maintain his car and look what happens. he about lapped the field with his hybrid car.

Novelty for novelty's sake is what too many people care about it... It's the essence of this thread.

Kyosho would be wise to stay on the down low. And not draw any attention to DNC results. After all the busted up $1000 buggies in the pits before the main was done. AE only had 2 cars make the A main. The fewest of any of the big teams. They finished on step 3 AND step 1
