It appears that HPI USA was not bought out or merged with Hobbico. Any downsizing or etc. seems to be in house HPI. So maybe redirect those Emails to HPI headquarters.

Joe is truly a class act. Obviously the team respects him and wants him around. This is proof positive that he is more than effective in his role as team manager for HB/HPI team drivers. And even knowing he may be forced into a different career field he is still comitted to his job and drivers. As a manager myself I know that employees like this are hard to come by. It will be a mistake to let Joe go.

Joe is a great asset to HB. He's got my vote...... Lets Hope HB and Hobbico are listening. And decided to take advantage of having a great person and employee on their side.
It is hard to find good people these days and it would be foolish to let one go. A companies image is directly reflected by their employees thus it is wise to keep great employees when you find them.
