Default Need help identifying this 1/8 Buggy..

Can anyone please help identify this 1/8 Buggy? (Photos are attached)

Is it Hyper TQ 7? It looks different than the OFNA ones...is it a clone or a different OFNA Hyper model?

Your help is greatly appreciated!!

Nope. Its a Ofna Hyper 7 TQ. Not a bad first car. I had the MBX Ultra Comp as my first, which came out about 6 months befor that one. Looks cherry. Is it new? Parts may be a little difficult to find but alot of the hyper series were interchangable. Enjoy.

Awesome - thank you! I wasn't sure if it was OFNA or not..

I believe it was recently purchased and barely used. I'm excited to get into RC

The HoBao Racing Hyper 7 is very durable and the parts from this buggy are only interchangable with the Hyper 7 series and some Hyper SS parts.. parts for this buggy still available at several stores..

Hobao, Ofna, Jammin, Hong Nor share products. Something about distributors in different places using diff brands. But they're pretty much the same.

The brand is pretty good. The ofna x3 just won a major race over here and it was competing against Kyoshos, mugens, Team Cs, etc. So there shouldn't be much concern of how good or competitive the cars can be. Just parts support may be an issue in some parts of the world...

Anytime!!

HoBao Racing is a good rc brand., they make the Hyper7,Hyper8,Hyper9, etc..

OFNA is just the distributor here in the US for HoBao Racing & Hong Nor Racing..

OFNA SUCKS! They have no clue on how to promote a good product..

The new distributor for HoBao Racing in the US is now HPI Racing..
