Hi sebtarta, can you re-check that part number please, all the Serpent part numbers I have are only 6 digits and without the 'SER'. ;)
. Just fixed it, 600611, sorry about that https://oldmain.serpent.com/product/600611/ |

Walter R/C Hobby City Online Hobby Shop Search results for: '600305' :tire::D:tire: So the 600305 are the one that once installed on the C-HUB are like this |\ The 600611 are the 0° where they are in line with the C-HUB || I think I found a place that has them, waiting on them to answer back as far as stock. |
Ser600497 are version 2.

So the 0° is not recommended then?
Most of the setups mention using the 0° I have no clue what i doing! lol |
So I managed to find a shop locally that had the last 600611 0° Steering block left. They were even running a 50% discount, so I bought most of the 811 Cobra parts left. I have not had a chance to drive the car with this new setup, meant to go this weekend but many parties took precedence. Hopefully I can make it this weekend.
These are the differences between the 0° Steering block and the V2 ( not sure what version I have, as it came with the car when I bought it) You can see that the 0° is parallel to the C hub, while my other steering block has an angle to it. https://i.imgur.com/DZGWYG0.jpg https://i.imgur.com/z4zZR6n.jpg I also used my masterfull painting skills and this happened. Very complicated!!! https://i.imgur.com/tzWZzbA.jpg |
Hi everyone!
Old car, old thread, but here goes nothing: Iīm converting, or more accurately, putting together, left over spares from a 811 RTR buggy to a 811 GT -style car. As of now, itīs equipped with a 1-speed .21 buggy engine, and thatīs all good for now cause itīs ment to be a fun to drive-vehicle ( with a Lancia Delta Integrale body) and not a race car. but you know how things are... one thing leads to another, and I found that some years ago, Hobbypro made a nitro-to-electric conversion kit called H416 that would probably juice it up a bit. Itīs all sold out and gone on the usual netdealers, and my long shot question is: does anyone here have that conversion kit, and are you prepared to part with it, hence sell it to me? :) /Doc |
I found it here in CA on a website.

Thanks Chad. Found it too, registered, and made the order, but hit rock when it came to payment. No payment method available.
Do you, or anyone else, have experience with this dealer? Would be nice to know before I mail him and ask his permission to pay. |
Did anyone have any experience with using the lower 1.0/TE shock tower with the 2.0 arms? (Basically the TE basic upgrade kit) would there be any benefits to running a lower/shorter shocks in the rear?
