I have modified my starter box before by mounting a L bracket in front and behind the wheel and eliminating all the posts. The L brackets will need to be setup so that they fit right in the flywheel hole. Just drop the car onto the brackets and fire it up. Works pretty much for any car.

I just use the front guides on my box. For my agama buggy and my d8t. I marked the spots for the stops so it's a quick to switch for each vehicle.

I just got a xt8 and on the weekend running two boxes, running one would be near impossible for me, 3mins between finals would be to hard.

What bums me out is like my Ofna silver top (10250) was made five years or so ago, when cars/trucks were'nt as centered as they are now. So the wheel is off to the sides more. Now with my 8T its hard to make it fit due to having to mount everything way off to the side...Make sense?
That and the fact that it has the quick change motor mount which makes the motor sit a little higher makes it a hard reach into the motor.
If you cant fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem...
