Default should i be worried about parts availability soon?

I love my Xray buggies but with the 808 becoming obsolete i was wondering if i should be concerned about parts availability soon, its already a pain to find a body for under 40 bucks for my buggies (i've only found 1 website with a body for 09/10 specs for 22), i really dont wanna break one of them and not be able to find replacement parts for them

I run the Jconcepts Finnisher body for the Mbx6 on my 808E. The sides flare out a little, but it looks and handles much better.

All the wear parts in the suspension should be replaced with XB9 parts as they wear out.

Get 2 extra f/r gear cases and maybe the center CVD shafts and you should be set for years. Those are about the only parts I can think of that you'll wear out and can't use XB9 parts. Give or take the pinion and ring gears, but those don't fail unless your a hack.

I don't expect 808 parts to dry up too quickly. You'll wear out the car beyond repair long before that if you pick up the gear cases now.

There is a killer body that will fit your car perfectly for about $25.

Also, as far as I know, Xray has not discontinued any of the 808 parts. Hell, they just now started discontinuing CVD's for the XB8 that has been out of production since 2007 or so.
