HB D8T Steering Issues
Just wondering if anyone out there in RC land can give me some ideas on how to get my HB D8T to turn better when under power???

You will need to post your setup.

Stiffer rear springs, shorter rear camber link, more camber, full droop, front toe out, inner holes on arms, rear shock in outer tower hole, lower front ride ht.
Thicker front diff fluid. 15/10/5 or 7 AE fluid should do the trick. |
Hmm
Can you increase caster a little?

My suggestion would be to go back to the original out of the box set up.. 7,7,4 on diffs, 2 deg Neg camber all around 35-40 on shock oils, set ride height so drive shafts are level front an rear, and set droop to max front and rear, and adjust left to match right, or vise versa, which ever is shortest.. DO these things and I just about bet you'll have more steering then you know what to do with.. |
