Who makes a better set of skid plates for the 8t 2.0 than DE Racing?
Like the title says, who makes a better set of skid plates for the 8T 2.0 than DE Racing? Im tired of having to put new ones on every race or two! Anyone tried the SS ones from Sumo? Seems like theyd be kinda heavy but IDK..

Are you racing on Sand Paper?? My DE Skids last several race days.....no problem.

Well the track that I race on is pretty hard packed desert terrain lol, so technically yea, its definitely sand paper! These DE Racing skids are getting worn down, cracking, breaking, the whole bit! They suck!

Search on ebay. I saw a front and rear set made out of steel I believe. I think they were sumo? Not to sure.

Not bec I'm sponsored, you might want to try T-Bone Racing. They're affordable, hardy and lasts much longer.

Hmmmm.....sounds fishy to me. You are probably using them on a worn out chassis. They don't work on old chassis'......just new ones with the proper countersink depth.

My 2.0 is only a few months old so thats not a factor at all!Plus, I have always ran skids on my chasis since the beginning, so there is no premature wear there either... Their just junk! This last set of DERacing's that I just put on only has 1 race day on them and both front and rear are cracked! In total, the current set has 4 7min qualifiers, 1 15min A-Main, and 5 laps of practice pre-race, and their already done! Inexcusable imo!
