Drive with an underpowered engine and you'll see how much faster you'll be . All the drivers that keep doing mistakes should try it, really.

Dont forget. Give both the identical drivers identical cars, but tell the cars is actually a "uber super limited race winning ultimate pro" edition, and the dude you said got the better car will be the winner...
I'd say it's 50% the driver. 30% whats in the head of the driver, and 20% the stuff (s)he drives.

Well you have to say it's the hands mostly but over the car i would say the radio. A crap radio or a dialed out one is like taking away feel or connection from your hands.
