Default Sumo Skid Plates

New XB9's should be in this week. Have my first batch showing up on Wednesday. Just need to double check fit and placement. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks guys, Terry.

Your Skids are the Main reason my Matrix Chassis has lasted me 3+ years of Racing on Hard packed Super abrasive Clay to Loose and Loamy Top Soil.

PS Just placed another order.

Would it be possible to get a Thin Steel Front ?

I just checked the Losi 8/8T
Thickness:
Aluminum = 2.27mm
HD = 1.9mm

Weight:
Auminum = Frt/Rr .6oz or 20 grams
Stainless = Frt 1.5oz/44g, Rr 1.8oz/50g

I am going to my laser cutter today to pick up the XB9's. I will check what the next thickness down is. I have to watch the the thickness closely because of the countersink. I don't want the screws to rip through. Terry.

Integra,
Looks like I may be able to knock a little off the thickness of the HD's. I will let you know. Thanks, Terry.

Are the stock bumpers for the 8Ight 2.0B the only bumpers that will work with your skids. Hate the fact that Losi does not sell the bumpers separately.

Yes stock only, FWIW ive ran one for darn near 2+ year's and Ya eventually it wears right down to the Toe plates, But for the amount of run time You really cant complain.
