Is there any cheap 1 8 nitro buggy? I will use it mostly for bashing but will race it. Under 350 $

no matter how you look at it, it ain't cheap. You may get a chassis for cheap, but then you want tires, then a faster engine, then more tires cause you burned them up with your faster engine, then you break your cheap car or get beat by someone with deeper pockets, so you buy a new chassis, might as well get a new motor with it. The tires you just bought are so last month, gotta get new ones. Hmmmmm, if I get a truggy I can use similar replacement parts and run the same brand. OOHHHH- new, BIGGER tires! and I can get a bigger motor. Rinse, lather... repeat

so... nope, ain't cheap

That budget is a little low but your best bet is probably buying something used. I would check ebay and the for sale forum on here.
