Default Cheaper ott lite ideas... What do you use

I was hoping to a cheaper solution to ott lite $60 price tag. I would prefer a plug in type instead of the battery type lights.

What do you use as pit lights, how much, and links would be great

I use this and it works just the same as the ott lite. I have been using it over a year now with no issues and under $22.

Hmm, ott light patent must have expired because that is pretty much identical.

Zeke, about a year ago I was looking around in my local Lowes. I stumbled across an OTT lite that was a Lowes exclusive. It has a built in rechargeable battery and it also works with a power Cord that's included. The best part is it was $27!! It's by far the best light ever, and a bunch of local racers ran out and got one or 2. Full charge will last about 3 hours and you can plug it in anywhere there is power. It's the best $27 I ever spent on anything RC related. I'm posting from my phone or I would include a link.

Not long ago there was a guy selling ott lites in the for sale section for like $30. I scooped up one of those. Do a search maybe he still has some.

Have you tried it yet? I'd be curious to see if they compare to the same sturdiness and brightness of the real ott lite.

Any chance you can post a model # so we know what to look for? Or better yet, post the URL where its located. Thanks
