Well I guess that answers the question of a new buggy from him. For now anyways. Hell of a guy. Talked his ear off for 2 hours last year at Motorama.

Congrats to Steve and Brad. They are great people. I enjoyed working with them at Odonnell. TLR is lucky to have them.

I wonder if TLR hired him to develop a new buggy?

"Steve will assume the role as Technical Advisor for Race Chassis Development and will work alongside his son Brad, Team Losi Racing Engineer Dan Hissam, and drivers such as Adam Drake and Mike Truhe. Steve will be instrumental in developing new products for the Team Losi Racing™ vehicles."

Maybe he will be involved in new car development. Thing is though his car was very different to the current Losi, so it will be interesting to see what direction they take.

I talked to Brad yesterday. The checkpoint stuff is getting finalized right now. Everything with checkpoint should return to normal very soon

Actually, no it's not...

The buggy & truggy were made by Hobbico, one of Horizon Hobby's main competitors, when Steve O. was in a partnership with them.

When that partnership dissolved, the vehicle line was discontinued.....
