Default need help with a sirio .27 monster big block

I recently purchased a Ofna Hyper 7 that has been upgraded with a bunch of kyosho parts and has a Sirio .27 Monster big block in it.
The car had been sitting for awhile and had bad gas but still ran fine.
the outer bearing on the bell clutch exploded so i had to remove the engine and now i can't get the thing to run worth a damn.
Ive tried normal plugs from r4-to r8... bought some brand new fuel (Blue Thunder 20%) and have searched and searched fr factory needle settings online but can't really get a a firm answer.
some say 5 out on the high speed and others say 4
and i read the low speed should be flush to the housing... the previous owner had it way in...like 4 turns out.
i have checked for air leaks and there is none.

can someone suggest a good plug and a low speed and a high speed starting point ?

the motor sometimes starts just on the box and will idle for a few seconds and die... then if i trim the throttle up and put it on the ground it sputters and dies like it has no fuel pull the plug and its definitely got fuel.

help !!
