Default Thunder Tiger Challenger "what to do"

Good day y'all,

I have just acquired a Thunder Tiger Challenger in a trade(for a cheap ESC) and its in mediocre/bad condition. I am wondering what I should do with it because I am torn.

1) Keep it and convert to Brushless.(I dislike nitro)
2) Sell it as is (make me an offer maybe)
3) part it out and sell (make me an offer for parts you want maybe)
4) restore it (parts hard to find)

I am told the motor runs well.
Rear shocks are missing and the front ones are not original.
Front bumper is missing
Some Welds on the roll cage have come apart (surely fixable)
Tires look in good shape.
Steering servo saver is not original.

What do you all think? Might posts pics if needed.
