Default RCTECH NITRO CHAMPIONSHIPS!! (WHAT IF)

i think this would be a cool idea!!!! pick a track somewhere in the middle and have a RCTECH CHAMPIONSHIP RACE! could be just 1/8 scale or any and all racers that wanted to show up! would make for a great weekend!!!! could have raffles and such to make the best rc site online a few bucks and meet people we have been talking to forever face to face. entry fees would have to be paid (non refundable) a month prior to race date. anybody else think this is a cool idea????

this would be sponcerd by RCTECH and MEMBERS of RCTECH. Lets make this happen!!

That would be a great idea. I would have to watch it YouTube though because I going to school full time and don't have the money to leave the island for a race. But still, it is a great idea.

i dont think funds would be a problem, im sure others would jump in and help sponcer the race, rctech is the biggest site for rc! and have made alot of companies a lot of money! as for the legal race part of it, well IMO roar can.......well, we all or most know the rules

There is nothing hard about having it. The only thing you need is a track in the middle willing to put on the race and people that would be willing to come. The rules are to the track willing to put it on. It won't be a pro series race or roar race so the rule part isn't hard to get by and rcsignup will post any race that is coming up.

you would be more than welcome to hold it at our track. Since this was our first year we our relatively unknown. and it would be a great way for us to get established.

ummmmm....markkris...are you sure you have enough room for the potential of 250+ racers over...lets say...a 4 day period (just a guess, i haven't a clue)...i know it would be AWESOME if you did....

but in all actuallity, if your looking for "in the middle", either look at dirtworks R/C raceway in Burlington, CO (AWESOME place to race, Bill always has a top-notch layout!!) or the Hobbyplex in Omaha, NE...those would be the closest to "middle" as you could get and be able to hold an event such as this....

I'm liking the sounds of it tho...aint gonna lie...

We could host it at the CRE Raceway.... I can promise one of the sweetest race surfaces you have ever seen..Mad man Moxley has the track dialed ! modern facility and a track that has more traction then asphalt

+ YouTube Video
