Default Picking up my new 8t 2.0 tomorrow

Alright guys need some advice, what are some of the first thing I need to pick up with my truggy to make it better. I built my buggy from the ground up because it was a RTR to get it where I wanted it and that was super EXPENSIVE. My truggy is a RR and what what would y'all get first to get it faster and just all around better?

Thoughts please?
Team Terribles, TLR 8B & 8T 3.0's, Futaba 4pks, Novarossi, O.S Speed 21xz , Savox HV servo's and a special thanks to my new tire sponsor VP Pro!!!
