Who's tried the GHEA "Big Dome" shock caps (GHEA2101)?

Do they work well with the Kyosho bladders?

Do the GHEA Delrin shock bushings (GHEA2038) work better and last longer than the stock bushings?

i'm using the ghea big dome shock caps.

i found the csi blue bladders the best. 1.3x8 pistons. 47.5f/35r with kyosho light springs. dialed. tried the kyosho and csi black bladders.

as for the ghea delrin shock bushings. yes i did find they last longer. just have to glue them in.

Does everyone use the D8 fuel tank? I heard the stock AE ones are problematic?

In a nut shell:

- Fuel tank. See a few threads above where there is a link that shows you how to fit a Hot Bodies D8 tank to the RC8.2. The stock ones tend to have air leaks.

- Kyosho Lt Blue springs and some 8 x 1.3 pistons.

- Avid rear shock tower gives you the "zero" hole mod for the inner camber link. Or just drill the zero hole in a stock tower.

- Avid 1mm offset inserts for the rear can be used to change the role center.

- Make sure your rear hubs have three holes for the camber link and use the inner hole. The new plastic ones have three holes and the aluminum ones have all along.

- the optional FT steering rack is supposed to be good too.

It's a decent car, have fun!
