Default Performance loss from dented pipe

Another car collided with mine and dented my pipe, is it worth risking the freeze method or should i just leave it be. Will it negatively effect the car?

depends on where the dent is and how big it is. Most guys get their panties in a bunch if the pipe is dented, but it will most likely not affect it. Fire it up and let us know!

On the other hand, I've done the freezer thing on a number of pipes with no ill effects and they all came out awesome.

Fill it with water, plug both ends and put it in the freezer. Just make sure you take it out before it cracks.
