Yes it is. Basic box setup works right away on 90% of tracks. Just some small changes on oils have been made for various tracks!

Lightweight Pivot balls:
Alloy Shock Towers and 6 Sway bars all in the box:
SDrive system in bulkheads (Bearing is pressed into a alloy carrier and then placed into composite bulkhead to prevent bearings wearing composite bulkhead)

Full Oil bottles and some Grease is supplied with a Cross Wrench:
UFO Rims supplied:
Sticker sheet (Nice Chrome) instruction manual and a CD (Manual and Product catalogue)
