whats up to all.
just wanted to stop in and say hey to all the jammin owners. i recently picked me up a jammin x1-cr pro from these boards for a reall good price and in really good condition! right now im in the middle of waiting for some parts to come in the mail from ebay and what not to have all my stuff in it to be ready to race soon. (main thing is the sleve pincher to do my os rz) but other than that its just some small tuning parts. i did recieve my new jp2 hard coated pipe today that ties in with the car very nice. look foward to chatting with all yall more and getting some good tips for the buggy. i will also post some pics up when i get it all set up and ready for running.

welcome to the thread micrors4guy!
you made a good choice with the X1-CR, great buggy. just curious, what kind of price did you get for it? and whas it still in the box or put together?

another question. i have been wondering where to get a sleeve pincher for my engines. it's alot more economical to literally "squeeze" more life out of your engine that way. do you have the website where i can buy a sleeve pincher? i have been looking for about 1 year now and can't find one anywhere. thanks

i got the buggy with 3 sets of tires (all with at least 75% life left), a hole crp load of spare parts ( arms, hinge pins, screws, tank, hubs, wing mount etc... and more) pluss the car is in very good shape. with all the option parts. captured hinge pins one peice, motor mount, extra anti squat plates and rear toe plates for 350 shipped.

also, for the sleve pincher. i found it on ebay. when i was searching for a sleve and piston for my motor. just types in o.s rz and it came up. [email protected] that is the guys email who was selling them. hope that helps

Awesome deal!

I hear that www.rayaracing.com does a good job with sleeve pinching.

i figured that i would get the pincher and i can do it all in house. that way i dont have to worrie about shipping the sleve then having it returned. i will be able to do it myself and get everything going as soon as i can.
pluss i like wrenching

No offense, but eww, they're ugly...

The stock Jammin body is sleek and hugs the buggy very well.

looks like the guy who you bought the body from didn't put the shock boots on, not very smart.

it is a cp for a mugen i believe it was just cut to fit the jammin. thats what it looks like to me.

also its not a big deal not to have the shock boots as long as you clean the shafts and dust off the shocks after running.
