Consider this.
If your vehicle isn't perfectly straight down the centerline of the board but you have both front wheels pointed straight ahead (according to the board), you are now measuring settings as though you are "drifting".

Here's an example. Measure camber with your set-up board, then turn your wheels slightly left or right. Notice the camber change? Any change in wheel direction causes a camber change. When you change toe-in, you've changed camber. When you change ride height, you've changed camber. Understanding the relationship of suspension settings and how they relate/react to each other can do more for you than a set-up board. One of the best things about a set-up board is that it allows you to see how settings relate. It's a great learning tool.
