What buggy are you trying increase the fuel capacity in?
Have you tried two large fuel filters?

You can heat the tank with a heat gun and blow it with a compressor make your tank expand ...But you have to be careful to not over do it...

I am assuming you need more mileage you can adjust your radio epa so you don't go full throttle and that will make huge difference in mileage most motors make all there power about half throttle and when you keep the trigger wide open you are wasting fuel if you were to stay about 1/2 or 3/4 quarter throttle you would be as fast and save fuel. Hope this helps

dont, gun trigger it coming out of the corners (blipping the throttle) thats what really keeps your fuel milege good grated if your have your low end tuned rich you have no choice just dont blip it hard.

or reduce your throttle epa.

keep the throttle smooth, bleeping will make the buggy/truggy unstable. also a good tune and smooth drive train .

A Savage tank is 175cc

Once with an endurance race I placed a photo camera film box between the tank and engine. The film box had 2 fuel nipples in the cover which was glued to the box, It was connected as the Savage dual tank mod.

I added 2 odonell large filters to the line and ran it over the steering servo and around the front. That came up to 123.5cc. The Durango tank is seriously under capacity though.
