1/8th Nitro Spur Gear help

I have an RC8 and i got in my new spur gear today.....

I have replaced fluid always in my cars but never the spur in 1/8th differential

How the crap do i get the spur gear off and put the new one on?

If anyone has a video of this or can discribe it to me, GREAT

remove diff from buggy, take out the 4 screws in the spur, lift the spur from the diff housing, remove the sun gear, slide the pin out of the outdrive, slide the outdrive out of old spur.

how do i remove the sun gear?

get. a pair of needle nose and clamp on tight on the gear and ethier wiggle it around or pull up hold tight because you can cause a burr on the gear if you dont .

oh yea also i fogot use a air compresser and turn the diff gear down and blow the oil out it makes it easier.
