I dump out as most as I can. Pull the gears and put the diff cup in a plastic zip lock baggy. Almost full seal the baggy except leaving a small slit to put the nozzle to a WD-40 can in and blast out the old diff oil. Pull the cup out of the bag and take the seals out regrease them and put em back in, and re assemble the diff. WD-40 dries fast so by the time you clean the last diff the first one is dry.
