Default ofna/hobao jammin???

Hey all: I know that all three of these companies are related with ofna/jammin in the USA and hobao over seas ,but I'd like to know a few other things as well.
1st will the new hyperstar buggy be available in the USA from ofna?
2nd with a few drivers having left and the x2crt series a bit dated what's the future for jammin?
3rd Why are most euro ofna drives not using the angled engine like most of their USA drivers are?
Thanks for the info

On the HyperStar thread, it was stated that the Jay's contract ran out. So it looks like the Jammin brand of vehicles is gone. The new HongNor buggy is not a Jay design. At least that's what I heard.

I was not aware that Jammin is gone yet. What I was aware of was:

OFNA/Jammin/Hong Nor are the same

OFNA/Hyper/HoBoa are the same

I'm sure that Nitrohouse will sell all of these no matter what the Jammin contract is.

The Jammin name will no longer be used, they will be called Hong Nor. There is a new Hong Nor buggy in the works. Hyperstars have been availible in the US for a while.

Hey all: Thanks for the info. What I'd like to know now is with Jay Halsey's contract with Jammin up were does he go from here? Will he stay in the rc industry and work with another company because with all his knowledge who wouldn't want to work with him or will he get out and just move on to something else? Thanks

He is making parts for cars but last I herd he was more concerned with other priorities.

Hobao/Hong Nor are the manufactures

Ofna just buys and distributes product to the US

So does Ofna plan on having an american team like Jammin had up until recently? Losing drivers like Bradley, James, ect has taken the Ofna imports out of the mainstream. Would be cool to see them back in the game even if Jammin has moved on.
