A friend gave me these LOSA7738 wheels from his 8T 1 but according to losi they are standard 0 offset... Can I use these on a 2.0 8T?

That looks to be 1/2 inch off set wheel. The 8T 1.0 used 1/2 inch offset wheels so no that won't work on the 8T 2.0

That is a 1/2 offset wheel and no you can't use it on your 2.0.;)
