Default Should I Install Sway-Bar In Front or Rear?

Purchased a sway-bar today @ the hobby store and only picked up one set. Where will I see more benefit from just installing one set, the front or rear? Also, I've got a soft, medium and hard bar. Which one of these to use?

Thanks

Putting it in the front will make the car more stable and easyer to drive in my opinion.

Put the medium one in the front.

and when you get another set put the soft in the rear

Sounds good. What if I just put a soft one in the rear, what effect will that have?
