Default Dont know anything about nitro???

Hey guys...I purchased a lot of cars at a garage sale this past weekend. They were all electric and one nitro.

I know nothing about nitro.

Im trying to describe what is wrong when I sell it so my question is:

When I try and pull the starter (the plug coming out of the engine) its stuck. I pulled pretty hard and cant get it to turn. Does this mean the engine is bad or can it be fixed?

Its an HPI RS4...

any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks!

Actually i bought a nitro truggy with this same problem it had been sitting unused for 3 years...I pulled the engine out took it apart and cleaned it..After that i ran it real rich to lube up all the bearings and all..Seams to work fine now but i guess we will see when the snow melts and the weather warms up when i can actually take it out and put a tune on it..Little worried about the con rod but i guess we will see..So i guess what im saying is after sitting for a period of time with no after run oil the engine will sieze i no everyone has there opinions about weather to use after run oil or not but i do believe in the stuff..So try cleaning it out put it back together and see what happens but let us know what it does?
