On my old 6x12 V-nose trailer (6' 6" tall) it had insulated walls, non insulated ceiling board and a 13,500 BTU rooftop AC. It would get COLD in there, even on the hottest days. My trailer was red and the exterior color will make a difference. I almost bought a 9k BTU unit for it, but found a deal on the one I bought, so I stuck with the 13.5K. Keep in mind, the larger AC you run, the larger generator you will need. I ran mine off of a pair of Honda EU2000i's, and it took both of them to run them. Make sure you insulate before you do anything. Then plan the electrical and out I. A breaker box. Plugs outside are nice. Led lights on the side help too rigid naked dread lights 3-4 works well on the side. I put them on the back too because sometimes we put behind it. I put in a charge shelf 3 outlets wired to a power supply so you just plug in your charger.
Build it lite ir it gets heavy fast.
Put it in a tool cabinet for storage.
Led ligjts at the work area work well.

Saw this and it really peaked my interest! Actually been considering one like this (but much smaller because I’m broke #StoryOfMyLife) and would like to see any one else’s builds out there, if there are any. Anything from bed extensions to van conversions to trailers please share!
