Losi Starter Box // available room for Lipo?
 

Hi guys,
I am looking to get a 4s lipo for my (incoming) starter box.

I see that the Losi one has a size of: 100mm*34mm*34mm.

However there are options on ebay for other Lipos that are bigger, like 160mm x 74mm x 25mm

What "room" is available for the starter box battery?

Difference is massive (also going from 2200 to 5200mah).
Thing is that I can't find 2200 that would be 20C... would I still get good results on a 15c?

you can fit any 4s lipo in the box, however you will not be able to use the lipo mount.

I simply servo taped my 4s inside the box.

I am using a 4s 5200 with the losi battery straps from the 8E 2.0. Also found a pack of similar velcro straps at Harbor Freight, a pack of 10 for like 4 bucks. Easy to remove for charging
