Default serpent or durango

hey guys i ran a serpent last season and with the problems it had (fixes now) i ended up selling it at the end of the season and bought a hara d8 that i havent ran yet.. now that the durango is out and its too cold to run around here has anyone ran the serpent and the durango? are they alike as far as driving features? thanks guys

I've had both and am faster with the durango. Parts are WAY cheaper for the Durango. Durango shock caps $6.99 vs serpent shock caps $30. Durango hinge pin inserts $4.99 vs serpent $30.

If you shop around you can get the durango cheaper than you think.

My cousin had the opposite results. Faster with the serpent then the durango. Also parts are no big deal, since the serpent is pretty much bulletproof. Also ebay has chop shops which have the parts you may need for cheap. But nothing is really needed.

thanks guys.. i mainly concerned with the driving features not really the cost of parts when i buy kits i buy two

just keep the hara edition, i ran the serpent for a while it was good handling car but allways had little issues with it

you might try in the durango thread. I know responses there might be biased towards durango, but if anyone has driven the serpent and the durango, they'd probably be watching that thread.
