New to Rc's - Advice needed
Hi Guy's
I am new to the forum and I am from South Africa. I want to by a used 1/8th Nitro buggy. I want to use it for some track racing and jumps. I dont want to invest in a new Nitro just yet.
I have found 2 bearly used Nitro's
Ultra LX One
Thunder Tiger EB4-S2 PRO
Both have never been raced. Which is the better option?
PLease advise which other model OFNA/Hongnor parts will fit on the ULtra LX One. Any advice will be appreciated

welcome to the forum and the wonderful world of r/c nitro racing!!! both buggies you mentioned are built very well and can take A TON of abuse. i personally have never had any first hand expeirence with the OFNA, but raced the S2 Pro for many years (a few years ago). the 2 major things i had issues with were the lack of droop in the front arms and the wimpy shock shafts. to fix the droop issue, i just used a dremel tool and ground down the "ears" that the droop screws set on until i got the desired arm movement i was looking for. the shocks i changed out to the OFNA big bores (with the OFNA upper shock stand offs)....other than that, i had 0 issues with it as far as durability or race abiltiy....just a few issues with my drive abiltiy lol
