Very pleased with my D8. Ease of tuning, setup and maintenance. Driven a few other makes and really want to try the serpent or JQ next.

Mugen for me. I had a Losi 8ight and now a Mugen mbx6. Both are very good cars, but I like the Mugen mbx6 more.

I voted Mugen, I used to run a Losi truggy and just hated how fast slop would develop in everything. My Mugen does not wear anywhere near as fast as my Losi does.
Anyone can crash, I crash with style

I'm trying to pick between losi truggy and associated truggy. Both look like great platforms.

I have driven a few other cars, but I will stay with Losi. The platform is stable, easy to get parts for, and support at my local tracks. They are tough and takes abuse well. They have lots of steering and jump well. I think its one of the smoothest cars on the market. Horizion has always had my back with any issues I have had with any of their products. Although I feel the Mugen fits my driving style better than the Losi, Its just a pain in the _______ to change manufacture. You kinda have to buy two kits so you have all the extra parts you may need.

Losi gets my top pick
then Hotbodies

The only reason I threw HB in there is because the price and quality somewhat of there chassis have really benefited the hobby WORLD WIDE. The low prices allowed ALOT of people to gain access to this hobby. Hell you could find HB buggies for half the price of the next buggy in line.

IMO - I choose the manufactures by not only the chassis and drivers they pay, but also what impact that companies name supports the hobby.
TLR - Spektrum - Horizon - TLR 8ight 4.0 - TLR 8ight-T 4.0 - TLR 22 4.0 - Orion - Sweep Racing Tires
