Maybe we should do a shipment together cause I was thinking about ordering one, but shipping bumped the price up too much for a single skin. Check your pm

Marco at rcallstickers was good to deal with, he put the skin up on his website for me to check before he sent it. I'd buy from him again.

So when you fill cart and place order, he will email you to his website to check it out before sending it?

On page #16, when putting the driveshafts into the hubs, with the wheel hex and the pin, it doesn't spin easily. The pins where quite hard to fit, and i think it may be because of the #709022 and #709023 shims...Any advice? Do i remove the shims?

Thanks!

Yup, remove shims until it spins freely. Add shims later after you run it if slop develops.

Ok, thank you! That's what i thought, but since i was mounting the car exactly as the manual says and it shows 3 shims, i wasn't sure about taking them off.

Well, in a couple of hours i'll try to post some pics of the car with the electric conversion from sirio76

When I built it some wheels got more shims than others and I think there was one that had no shims. Shims are designed to take up space depending on the amount needed. You will not use the same amount on every wheel and too tight can be bad for the bearings too.

Default Wheel hub shims....

I think it liked one of the small shims on the wheel side on each axle. Leave the big shims out....

Sadly, I tell the Truth.

Love the Buggy, easy to Drive and Setup, but we have No Spare Parts Support from the Australian Distributor.
Hi trickyMick i am not sure who you are but last weekend at the meakin masters i was piting near scott and kyle and every time i looked over someone was with scott asking about the car.
I myself have approached Scott and Kyle to look at the DNX408 and ask questions about it and have always found that they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and were very happy to help me.
In the future I would like to be driving a DNX408 too, and to see Kyle TQ and win the race meet, I know whose car I would like to be driving.
As for spares, try Oz RC which is located in Brisbane as they sell Durango cars and parts or I think that Venom is the importer but if I am sure that if you asked Scott and Kyle they could point you in the right direction as that is what our team driver is for, to help the everyday driver.

Hrm... I'd like to see it in person. From that picture it seems a little small and shallow.
