A different Proline !
many of my lads told me that the proline tires now are different from previous. the compound of the tires are inconsistent and degrade faster than the previous one.
how truth is this ?

Im pretty sure your "lads" are incorrect on this one....Pro-Line does all their QC in house when something is produced on the spot. If there was a problem they would certainly know about it before any one else

The opposite.

things are definitely different. You can see the difference in the compound. M3 wears faster now.

This is rediculous, Ive raced for PL for around 15yrs and I havnt noticed any change over the years in rubber density or composition. What you could be noticing is that the tires are fresher and have a much longer shelf life due to the new air sealed bags that PL went to late last year. Tire rubber can dry out if tires are left out in open air, so remember to either reseal your tires or put them in freezer bags to keep them fresher longer when your not using them.
Trust me that PL prides themselves on the rubber they use and I know for a fact they would never risk the quality they have had over the years.

Gotta agree with Chad, the tires are the same, no changes in feel or performance.

sorry for letting it out here thanks for reassurance, chad. it is good to see you here.
some said no problem and some mentioned it is not the same anymore. it gets into you. that's the worrying part. i been running PL for so many years now and rumour does hurt your confidence and your mind begin to wander off.
