front carbon shock tower

rear carbon shock tower

carbon center bulk plate

XP digital ds1015 steering servo

Default SC8

This truck is by far the funnest RC Weapon I've had. The stadium truck concept is just awesome. Alot of us that race motocross picked these up, then later on found out alot of motox guys had RC backgrounds a long time ago. I picked up one of these awhile back and it completely renewed my interest in this sport. I put a Reedy .21 in one, and a OS .28ZX in another, and they both rip. Your Air induction setup is a cool setup.

I agree, the air induction setup puts your SC8 over the top! I really like all the details you've incorporated into your truck, it really makes it stand out. I keep thinking of building one of these out of my old RC8T chassis and spare parts, but our club has no class for racing it..I fell in love with the SC8 since the first pics were released, and still love looking at them.

Do I need to use the SC8 shock towers to build one, or can I get away with using my spare RC8T towers? I'm thinking that I need the SC8 towers for the bumpers to mount up properly. Can the big-bore shocks be used on them or will they rub on the towers ?

from what i know about converting them you are going to need the SC8 shock towers, drive shafts, body mounts, wheels, tires, front and rear bumper, & SC8 chassis. you can make a 1/10 scale 4x4 if you keep the RC8 chassis and just use the SC10 body. im not sure if that all you need but its a start.

from what i have seen people are using big bores on the SC8, i just dont have the cash now to pick up a set. hope to soon

thanks for all the kind words on my truck. i just keep trying to make it more scale and there just so much fun to race.

I really like all the detail you put into it. What wheels/Tires do you have on it?

Right now im trying to make some brake lights from mine using some red LED's. Got all the parts just need to put it together.

Thanks man, I'm always looking for something that will make it more scale. I'm also doing working brake lights on my truck, just trying to find a super clean way to do the wiring and brake switch.

I have Pro-lines "SWITCH" tires on Associated 12 spoke rims. Tires work great
