MBX5R Diff o-rings

What is the general consensus on using the s5 and s3 oring on the diffs? I bought my buggy used and the previous owner did not have them installed. Are the necessary to keep the diffs sealed? What are the pros and cons of using them and finally do you use them? Thanks

Good question.

The s5 o rings are to seal the diff, and they are important.

the s3 were an idea to help provide resistance within the diff, most everyone does not use them.

I found the tony's o rings, the one who makes screws, to seal the diffs the best, to replace the s5 o rings. They fit better.
