I had a rear diff alignment issue where I had to take one shim from behind the bearing on the ring gear side OUT, to get the diff to spin freely. That diff was TIGHT! Took me a year to figure out how to shim properly.

oh, the conversion? Still working on it. The 50T spur isn’t aligned perfectly due to how they manufacture the chassis (thanks J. Whiting for explanation), and you need to modify the two rear diff mount holes. I’ll be doing that later tonight.

There’s also an issue with the carburetor hitting the edge of the center diff cover. I cut a little bit of it off to fit the Novarossi carb. Such a weird issue. The carb also sits at a strong angle unlike the 811. I’m using the 3 piece engine mount and 50T spur. It’s certainly a big project!
